Meet the Duo Behind Mon Beau Pays

At Mon Beau Pays, every dish tells a story… the story of Pasquale and Zoe, two passionate chefs who combined their talents to create a place where Italy meets Québec hospitality.

Pasquale was born and raised in Italy, with gastronomy in his heart. Zoe was born in Canada and grew up in Greece, adding a Mediterranean touch to their journey. They traveled 8,353 kilometers to meet, and since then, their shared passion for cooking has only grown stronger.

Before realizing their dream, Pasquale worked as an executive chef and Zoe as a sous-chef in a renowned downtown Montreal hotel. For five years, they honed their craft, shared their expertise, and nurtured their ambition.

In 2021, Pasquale opened Mon Beau Pays, fulfilling his dream of owning his own restaurant. Together, they built a business with patience, passion, and love—values you’ll taste in every dish. Here, every bite is the result of a labor of love, designed to offer you an authentic and warm experience.
